- What do you do every day (in your business). You can save time if you only do this 2-3 times a week. So bundle.
- How much content are you currently outputting? A little less creates time and, from my own experience, doesn’t annoy anyone.
- Accept fewer new orders during the online course.
How many social networks are you on? What can be automated? Does it always have to be everyone? - What time do you usually get up in the morning? An hour earlier gets you 5 hours a week!
- What can you just NOT do during the course? Make a decision!
- Also think about household chores and support from partners and children.
